DAZN and Snapchat agree global content deal

DAZN has announced a new global partnership with Snapchat.

The partnership will see Snapchat users worldwide have free access to behind-the-scenes clips and highlights from the company’s boxing rights portfolio.

Content will be uploaded to Snapchat throughout the entire year, including a new show called DAZN Fight Week which will premiere on Snapchat’s Discover platform globally on August 31, with a minimum of 18 new episodes. Other content on the longer-form Discover platform will include a weekly highlights show and DAZN Fight Night – a special feature around the most anticipated upcoming events.

This deal comes after DAZN and Snapchat engaged in a short-term US boxing content partnership in 2019. This new partnership promises to deliver at least 70 episodes of various programmes to Snapchat users across the globe.
