Comcast subscribers in the US can now access the HBO Go and Showtime Anytime TV everywhere apps on Amazon’s Fire TV devices.
The apps are available on both the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick devices where subscribers can sign in to their Comcast Xfinity TV account, and immediately start watching the channel’s shows and movies.
Comcast already offers similar TV everywhere access to these services via devices like Roku, Apple TV, Xbox One and Google Chromecast devices.
“We now authenticate more than 90 networks across 18 devices and those numbers will continue to grow as new technologies and platforms emerge,” said Comcast.
“Our customers have access to one of the largest content libraries in the world and we’ll continue to make opportunities available for them to watch when and where they want.”
