KPN executive named as new YouSee chief

Danish telco TDC has named Jaap Postma as senior executive vice-president of cable operator arm YouSee and a member of TDC’s executive committee.

Postma is currently senior executive vice-president of the consumer division at Dutch operator KPN and has also held positions as VP of consumer producdts and VP of carrier services and regulation at the telco.

He will take up his new role at YouSee on May 10. René Brøchner will continue as acting head of YouSee and a member of the group’s corporate management team until that date, and will stay on for a transitional period until December 31 at the latest.
