Virgin Media adds Sky Kids HD to kids offering

UK cabler Virgin Media has added Sky Kids HD to its Kids TV bundle. In addition to the channel launch, customers will also gain access to On Demand Sky Kids content.

New and existing customers who subscribe to Virgin Media’s Kids Pick will gain access to the Sky Kids channel which launched this month, as well as on-demand access to over 1,000 episodes from a range of Sky Originals and other programming for children and families.

The Sky Kids line-up includes The Brilliant World of Tom Gates, The Slow Mo Guys’ Big Adventures, Kidz Bop Live in Concert, Dreamflight and Blippi Visits amongst others.

Users will also be able to watch Sky Kids via the Virgin TV Go app on WiFi, 3G, 4G or 5G in the UK.

To access Sky Kids HD, Virgin TV customers who subscribe to the Kids Pick can head to channel 707. On-demand access is available ot subs with a TiVo or V6 box.

The Virgin TV Kids Pick is available for £5 per month and includes channels such as Cartoon Network, Cartoonito and Nickelodeon.

The addition of the Sky Kids channel on Virgin TV follows Virgin Media recently offering its customers access to 80 free fitness classes including Disco DanceFit, HIIT and Kids & Fun at no extra cost.
