Ziggo Sport, which operates Dutch service provider VodafoneZiggo’s sports centric YouTube channel, has hired content distribution specialist ODMedia Group to manage the service.
Expoza, ODMedia Group’s specialised YouTube division, will handle all aspects of management for the online sports channel to further expand the property together with Ziggo Sport.
VodafoneZiggo launched Sport in May 2014. Since launch the service has racked up 235 million views, with 328,000 subscribers tuning in each week to watch football, Formula 1 and NBA basketball among other sports.
The service provides summaries, behind the scenes reports and other content.
