The Expendables 3 in 4K will be available to users of LG UHD smart TVs from this weekend
Okko announced in September that it was collaborating with LG to deliver 4K streaming to smart TV users in Russia.
The OTT provider plans to deliver a broad range of 4K content over the coming year.
“Okko is a leading premium VOD-service in Russia. We offer only the very best for our users: the newest movies in the highest possible quality with a crystal-clear sound on their own home Smart TVs. We’re very proud to have this opportunity present the global premiere of the The Expendables 3 in the original 4K on the LG Smart TV in Okko. In the next 10 months we plan to increase the number of new Hollywood movies in 4K quality in our service up to a 100,” said Artem Kirakosyan, vice-president of marketing, Okko.
