Liberty Global’s satellite TV arm, UPC DTH, has added OTT TV anywhere service HBO Go to its services in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The streaming service will be available to all HBO customers on UPC Direct in Hungary and freeSAT in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
UPC DTH will provide HBO Go to HBO Pak and HBO MaxPak customers from September 1, giving them access to shows including Game of Thrones, True Blood, Boardwalk Empire and Girls.
Users will be able to watch HBO content on up to four devices, with two concurrent streams and up to five devices changes in any given calendar month. Content can be consumed on devices including PCs, tablets, smart TVs and smartphones.
