CNBC makes two international appointments

Business and financial news broadcaster CNBC has made two executive appointments to its international team. 

Finola McDonnell has been named vice president of international marketing, communications and PR, with a remit across EMEA and Asia Pacific.

She joins from pan-European lobby group BusinessEurope where she was director of communications.

Kate Henwood joins as vice president of human resources, having previously worked at BP as global HR business partner.

Both new hires will report to CNBC International president and managing director KC Sullivan, who said: “These appointments bring all parts of our business under an international structure, enabling us to operate effectively across our global network.”
