BT to launch Plusnet YouView offering

BT is reportedly looking to offer YouView to customers of its low-cost Plusnet broadband service. 

Speaking to the Financial Times last week, BT CEO Gavin Patterson said: “If you want to be a scale player in the broadband industry, you have to have a triple-play offering. Providing a TV alternative . . . for Plusnet is definitely part of our plans.”
