Netflix has signed a deal with RTÉ Digital to bring a variety of Irish public broadcaster RTÉ’s content to Netflix users in the UK and Ireland.
From September 15, Netflix subscribers will be able to view RTÉ shows including The Clinic, Killnaskully, Trivia, and Mattie. Hit series Raw will be available in Ireland.
“We are thrilled to partner with RTÉ to add these great Irish TV shows to our growing catalogue of serialised TV,” said Kelly Merryman, vice-president of content acquisition at Netflix. “We know these TV favourites will be enjoyed by our members in Ireland and are excited for them to find a new audience as we introduce them to our Irish and UK members.”
