German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 has struck a deal with Cologne, Bonn and Aachen area service provider NetCologne to distribute its HD channels on NetCologne’s network.
NetCologne will deliver Sat.1 HD, ProSieben HD, Kabel Eins HD and Sixx HD from February 1. NetCologne and ProSiebenSat.1 have also extended their existing distribution deal for standard definition channels.
NetCologne will now also take ProSiebenSat.1’s two pay TV channels from the beginning of February. Kabel Eins Classics and Sat.1 Comedy will be included in the operator’s family package.
