Ukraine’s Megogo expands in Poland

Ukrainian streaming service Megogo has expanded in Poland, opening an office in Warsaw.

The Poland-based office will become the fourteenth market where the company will provide its services. The branch will be headed by Megogo Poland’s CEO Artur Pacuła.

With the launch of the news office, Megogo will offer Ukrainians living in Poland access to its special TV and Cinema U package which delivers 70 popular Ukrainian-language TV channels.

According to Megogo, the mediaservice offers in Poland primarily includes Pay-TV packages with a wide range of news, sports, entertainment, kids and educational channels with the interactive feature, as well as a library of movies and series. Start, Optimal, Maximal and TV & Movies UA subscriptions are available in Poland now.

Patsula said, “We have been carefully preparing the launch of the mediaservice over the past months. The TV subscription packages will cover all the leading channels on the Polish market, such as TVN, Polsat, TV Puls, TV4, Stopklatka TV and Zoom TV. The catalog of movies in a diverse price range has been assembled thanks to fruitful cooperation with partners from the Polish and international markets.”

Borovyk, CEO and a founder of Megogo added, “Since the beginning of the full-scale Russia’s invasion, millions of Ukrainians have had to leave their homes and seek refuge in Poland. The interest in our service is so high here that it was only a matter of time before we opened an office.”
