Euronews and fuboTV seal distribution partnership

European news media company Euronews has agreed a distribution deal in North America and Spain with OTT service fuboTV.

The deal will see Euronews’ English language edition and Africanews’ English language edition are now available on the fuboTV platform. The broadcaster provides viewers with 24/7 coverage of news from a European perspective, along with dedicated magazine shows.

Euronews said that the deal will grow its presence in the OTT market in North America, complementing partnerships with digital players, including PlutoTV, Roku , Tubi, Plex and Distro TV.

In total, Euronews broadcasts in 160 countries and is distributed in over 440 million homes, including 68% of homes in the European Union and United Kingdom. It reaches 200 milion monthly users across connected devices and OTT.
