TV3 Group extends Go3 reach with distribution deals

Baltic media company TV3 Group has expanded its Go3 OTT service with a number of distribution partnerships across the region.

In what will help to grow Go3 beyond its existing 200,000 subscribers, Go3 has announced deals with major telecommunications companies, cable operators and IPTV providers such as Bite, Tele2, Telia and Baltcom.

The streamer is the largest OTT SVOD service in the Baltics, with TV3 saying that the average user spends more than 3 hours per day on Go3. Its content offer includes more than 40 linear channels, over 1,000 on-demand series and live sports including the UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Spanish LaLiga and UFC.

Christian Anting, CEO of TV3 Group, said:”We are excited about the great subscriber growth and strong viewing figures of our OTT service Go3 which now reaches more than 10% of households across the Baltics. This confirms our strategy of reaching distribution partnerships with local platform operators while continuing to invest in original content and international productions.”

The news comes days after TV3 Group announced the launch of its ‘basic tier’ sport channel TV3 Sport Open. The channel offers more than 3,000 hours of live sports broadcasts from around 1,500 events including the Champions League and EPL.
