Eros International appoints Pradeep Dwivedi as CEO of Eros International Media Limited

Indian OTT operator Eros International has announced the appointment of Pradeep Dwivedi  as the CEO of its majority-owned subsidiary, Eros International Media Limited (EIML).

Dwivedi will be responsible for managing business growth and operations of the company and will also be responsible for all commercial negotiations and representations in various markets, forums, customers, vendors and regulatory authorities.

The exec has held a range of roles including CEO of Sakal Media Group, chief corporate sales and marketing officer of Dainik Bhaskar Group and has worked with companies such as American Express and GE Capital.

Kishore Lulla, executive director, EIML and executive chairman and CEO of Eros International, said: “We are delighted to have Pradeep Dwivedi joining us as CEO at Eros India.

The company has also announced the appointment of Vijay Vaishnav as the chief finance officer at streamer Eros Now, and the hire of Bishwarup Chakrabarti as legal head of Eros Digital.
