TF1 digital channels chief leaves group

Céline Nallet, director-general of TF1 digital channels TMC, TFX and TF1 Séries Films has left the group.

According to the French commercial broadcaster, Nallet has left the company to pursue a new opportunity.

A TF1 veteran, Nallet joined the broadcaster in January 1991 as part of the programming team, serving as head of administration and finance for magazine and documentary programming before becoming deputy director in charge of finance of the programming line-up and head of operations for French scripted drama.

She took over as director general of HD1, which launched in 2012 and subsequently morphed into TF1 Séries Films in 2018.

Nallet took over as director-general of TMC and NT1 in 2015, replacing Caroline Got when the latter took over as strategy and programming chief at pubcaster France Télévisions. Generalist channel NT1 changed its name to TFX, also at the start of 2018.

TF1 has not yet named a successor for Nallet.
