Paywizard launches Singula subscriber intelligence platform

Subscriber intelligence specialist Paywizard has announced the full launch of its Singula platform.

The full launch of the Microsoft Azure-powered and AI-driven subscriber analytics platform follows successful trials by a number of major European broadcasters.

Singula leverages AI and machine learning to provide pay-TV and OTT operators with subscriber intelligence and suggested actions in real time.

The company boasts that in one pilot trial, use of the Singula solution doubled sales conversions and predict high-risk churners with over 94% accuracy.

Paywizard CEO Bhavesh Vaghela said: “Singula empowers OTT and pay-TV providers to transform their customer experience and better engage with subscribers at each and every stage of the subscriber journey.

“Our research shows operators are struggling to proactively leverage customer data.  In fact, we see many organisations trying to predict behaviour, such as churn, but most are failing to leverage this insight in real-time to positively impact the customer’s experience.”

Bob De Haven, general manager, worldwide media and communications at Microsoft Corp., added: “Using AI to drive customer engagement through Paywizard Singula™ powered by Microsoft Azure shows the potential of cloud-based technologies to transform businesses today.

“We are working with Paywizard to enable media businesses to benefit from new technologies like AI to deliver customer experiences that enhance relationships and help grow revenues.”

Paywizard will be demonstrating Singula on the Microsoft stand (Hall 1, C27) at IBC 2019.
