Cyfrowy Polsat adds new channels

Polish pay TV operator Cyfrowy Polsat is adding a raft of new channels to its offering.

The pay TV operator added movie channels AMC, kids channel TVP ABC from the country’s public broadcaster and sports channel Eleven Extra, all in HD, to its line-up on January 1.

It followed with the addition of Super Polsat, a general entertainment channel aimed at hearing and sight-impaired viewers, along with a new sports news service, Polsat Sport News HD, on January 2.

Later this month, Cyfrowy Polsat will also add Nowa TV, a family-oriented generalist service with entertainment and information programming alongside movies, series and kids programming.

The latest additions to the pay TV operator’s line-up follow the recent additions of Zoom TV, Metro and the HD version of BBC Lifestyle.
