Wurl Network goes live with streamed channel line-up

US-based streaming cable TV network, Wurl Network, has gone live, offering broadband-delivered channels to cable operators’ web-connected set-top boxes.

Wurl’s current line-up includes The Alt Channel, Streaming News Network, The Sports Feed, Baeble Music TV and the Popcornflix Channel.

“We’re helping cable operators do two things – deliver new programming and create a new cable channel experience that offers deep engagement,” said Wurl CEO and co-founder, Sean Doherty.
