Facebook is launching a number of updates to its Facebook Live video service, including the ability to broadcast for four hours rather than two and the ability to broadcast in full-screen mode.
The time update is aimed at general users of the platform rather than Facebook’s media partners, who already have the ability to broadcast live streams with no time limit.
The full-screen mode is available in portrait and landscape modes for iOS devices and portrait only for Android.
For viewers of live video, Facebook has also introduced the option of hiding comments and reactions to focus on the video only.
