Proximus lists €500m bond issue
Belgium’s Proximus has listed a €500 million bond issue on the Euronext Brussels stock exchange.
According to the former Belgacom, the 10-year institutional bond issue was heavily oversubscribed, with an order book in excess of €2.2 billion. The coupon stands at 1.875%, which the company said was the lowest coupon ever paid by Proximus. The operation was jointly conducted by BNP Paribas, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan, Crédit Agricole CIB and Lloyds Bank.
