TalkTalk adds sports channels

UK service provider TalkTalk is adding sports channels BoxNation and Premier Sports to its programming line-up.

The two channels will join TalkTalk TV on August 22.

The move means that TalkTalk TV viewers can choose from the six Sky Sports channels, and add boxing channel BoxNation and international sports channel Premier Sports to their TV package.

BoxNation will be available as an add-on ‘TV Boost’ for £12 (€15) a month, with no ongoing commitment. Premier Sports, which carries ice hockey, American motorsports and Australian rugby league will be added to TalkTalk’s YouView line-up.

TalkTalk TV’s Sky Sports Boost, which has six Sky Sports channels including new European football channel Sky Sports 5, is available for £15 a month for three months.
