Belgacom appoints head of new customer operations unit

Belgacom has upped long-standing executive Renaud Tilmans, placing him in charge of its new customer operations business unit.

Tilmans becomes executive vice president of customer operations and a member of the Belgacom management committee, effective immediately.

He first joined Belgacom in 1993 and since 2012 has been leading Belgacom’s customer operations division of the service delivery engine and wholesale business unit.
