Lithuanian service provider Teo is mering its Gala TV and and Zebra internet brands into a new combined Teo-branded service.
On March 5 the operator will also change the user interface of its IPTV service to improve access to channels and recordings. The interface will also include a feature that allows parents to limit the amount of time children spend in front of the TV.
The move comes as a survey of its customers by Teo revealed that a growing number were using smart TV features.
“We intend to offer to our customers more and more added value and exclusive features. We notice that people are using the most advanced TV and Internet services very actively in their every-day lives. We will strive to make it possible for them to use technologies intuitively, simply and easily,“ said General Manager of TEO Kęstutis Šliužas.
