Russian cable operator Akado has added three new channels to its programming line-up.
Akado has added entertainment channel Amedia 2 to its line-up, bringing shows including Montekristo, Tat’yanin den and Zakrytaya shkola to its viewers.
Also added to the Akado line-up is rail-travel focused RZHD TV, which includes news about Russian railways, documentaries travel programmes and classic Russian movies.
Finally, Akado is adding news channel Lifenews, based on the lifenews.ru website, which offers breaking news at 30-minute intervals. The channel is produced by NewsMedia, publisher of Izvestiya.
