News channel France 24 is now available on digital-terrestrial TV in Tanzania following a distribution deal with local operator Sahara Media.
The English version of the French international news channel is available as part of Sahara Media’s Continental offering, comprising seven national and four international TV channels.
The service is currently available to households subscribing to the service in the cities of Dar es Salaam and Mwanza and will be available nationwide in the coming weeks.
France 24 is already available to Tanzanian viewers via the Star Times terrestrial pay TV service and Zuku satellite service. The French version can be received as part of the MultiChoice Africa satellite offering.
