France 5 launches HbbTV service today

France 5 is launching a Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV (HbbTV) service. 

It will start today with the public broadcaster’s daily show C dans l’air transmitted using the HbbTV standard, according to Le Figaro. It will reach up to 2.5 million French viewers.
