MyTF1VOD offering US shows via Facebook

French broadcaster TF1’s video-on-demand service MyTF1VOD is making US series available via Facebook for the first time.

To accompany its ‘Series en Direct des USA’ VOD offering, MyTF1VOD will provide access to shows via its Social Premium VOD Séries Facebook application.

Having launched its first foray into Facebook VOD in June with a show fronted by comedienne Florence Foresti, followed by the movie The Assault in July, MyTF1VOD has now made eight US series available via Facebook: Vampire Diaries season three, Criminal Minds season 7, Grey’s Anatomy season eight, The Mentalist season four, Person of Interest season one, Nikita season two, Gossip Girl season five and House season eight.

Episodes will be available less than 24 hours after their initial airing in the US for €1.99 or 30 Facebook credits.
