Discovery Networks International is expanding the European footprint of its female-skewing channel TLC with launches in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The channel will be available in the new markets from September 1.
DNI said TLC, which is a year old, is on course to be in 100 million homes by the end of the year. It is currently carried in eight European and 25 Asian markets and in about 50 million TV homes.
