Eleven streaming Bundesliga match on Facebook

bayer-bayern-eleven-sports-fb-live-internationalSports broadcaster Eleven Sports is to deliver coverage of this Friday’s Bundesliga football match between Bayer 04 Leverkusen and FC Bayern München live on Facebook in Poland for the first time.

The match will be the first Bundesliga fixture to be streamed live on Facebook. Eleven said that it and Bundesliga International, the German Football League’s sales and marketing arm, were committed to innovative marketing and promotional activities to engage fans in Poland.

Eleven has previously streamed sporting fixtures on Facebook in other markets. Three weeks ago it streamed a French Ligue 1 fixture between PSG and Caen live on the social media platform in Belgium, and it has also delivered Singapore National Soccer on Facebook in Singapore, and ACB Liga Endesa Basketball on Facebook across five different markets.

Eleven also recently distributed Ivy League Football on Twitter in the US.
