New Telekom Slovenije CEO named

Slovenian telco Telekom Slovenije has named Ivica Krajcevic as its new CEO, effective from March 13 2010, when current chief executive Bojan Dremelj’s term in office is due to end. Krajcevic was previously director-general and chairman of mobile operator Tusmobil and head of private consultancy Vafer.

Comstar-UTS names new board following ownership change

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS’s shareholders have elected a new board of directors, reflecting recent changes in the shareholding structure of the company.
