Numericable begins commercialising low-cost triple-play

French cable operator Numericable has begun offering its planned low-cost €19.90 a month triple-play service. The move follows Numericable’s launch of France’s 18 free-to-air standard-definition digital-terrestrial channels on its network. The €19.90 offer, including four digital-terrestrial HD channels, is available to about four million households across France.
