Pascu to take over at UPC Romania

UPC Romania chief financial officer Severina Pascu will take over as managing director of the cable operator at the beginning of January.

Pascu will replace current managing director Jack Mikaloff, who will retire at the end of the year. She has been chief financial officer since 2008, having previously served as director of corporate finance at investment bank CAIB Romania.
