Starman to launch VOD with SeaChange

Estonian cable operator Starman is rolling out a VOD platform based on the SeaChange Adrenalin back office.

The offering, scheduled to launch this year, will include VOD, catch-up and nDVR services.

Separately, Starman is also rolling out SeaChange’s eventIS CASIS system to update its DVB Service Information operation.
