JVC Roku TV models launch in UK at Currys
TV streaming operator, Roku, has introduced a range of new Roku TV models with Currys-owned brand JVC.
The new smart TVs are priced starting from £169.99, ranging from 24” to 43”. The JVC Roku TV models also come in both HD and Full HD resolution with HDR10 picture quality.
Among the selection of entertainment services integrated into the Roku TV models are BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, My5, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Paramount+.
To mark the partnership the streaming device provider is offering users a 30-day-free trial of UK AVOD platform ITVX Premium including all BritBox content.
Roku said the TV models are designed to put users in control with a simple and customisable home screen. The Roku Search feature, enables user to easily search across streaming apps to find shows and films available for free, or see results ranked by price. Users can also interact with their Roku TV models using the remote, voice control, or the free mobile app, with automatic software updates.
With the launch of JVC Roku TV models, the Roku TV licensing program expands to a total of seven Roku TV brands in the UK.
The JVC Roku TVs are available exclusively at Currys in the UK.
