Starhub adds ZEE5 Global to streaming line-up

Singapore pay TV operator Starhub has struck a deal with South Asian streamer ZEE5 Global to distribute the latter to its customers.

Featuring over 200,000 hours of on-demand Indian and South Asian films and shows across 18 languages, as well as 20 linear channels, ZEE5 has become the 12th streaming platform to be added to StarHub’s list of partners.

All StarHub customers who sign up for an Indian+ subscription now have access to ZEE5, at no extra cost – the service is usually priced at S$8.98 per month, enabling them to save S$215 over two years. ZEE5 gets access to the StarHub TV+ app, which is available on smart TVs, web browsers, and mobile devices.

ZEE5 includes over 4,000 movies, 250 originals and more than 1,600 TV shows from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

ZEE5 Originals include web series Ayali  and feature film Lost starring Bollywood actress Yami Gautam.
