Ooredoo renews deal with beIN Media Group

Qatar telco Ooredoo has struck a renewed deal with sports and entertainment broadcaster beIN Media Group to deliver Global Media network connectivity between its two main media hubs in Doha and France.

The two companies have worked together since 2014, Ooredoo has built a media network customised to carry broadcast grade video content between beIN’s major studios in Doha and Paris.

The network has been instrumental in delivering sporting content to viewers from the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Ooredoo said the partnership marks the company’s position as a leader in the communications technology sector.
