Vodafone TV arrives on LG TVs in Spain

Vodafone España has made its TV service available via an app download on LG smart TVs, a move it said would increase the options its customers have to watch its TV services on new platforms.

The latest smart TV integration adds to a widening range of alternative ways to consume Vodafone TV in Spain. The service is already available on Samsung, Sony, TCL, Philips and Xiaomi smart TVs as well Chromecast and Amazon Fire HDMI sticks, enabling Vodafone customers to use the service without a set-top box.

In the case of LG, users can download the app from the LG Content Store provided they have a post-2020 model with the webOS 5.0 or 6.0 operating systems.

Users of the smart TV app have access to live channels, video-on-demand, seven-day catch-up and DVR functionality and can chanbe audio and subtitling options, view recommendations and ad content to their favourite lists.
