MediaKind has announced the appointment of Mark Ramberg as group VP of products, and Jeff Sherwin, as EVP of Technology Strategy & Operations.
The company said that the appointments will strengthen MediaKind’s technical capabilities, along with its strategic commitment to DTC video, advertising and sports markets.
The new appointments bring with them over 45 years of experience in the DTC and advertising space.
Ramberg will be charged with leading MediaKind’s product management efforts in the DTC market and to build fully integrated, cloud-based media delivery technologies for the live and on-demand streaming ecosystem. Ramberg joins from Hulu/Disney, where he led the product management teams. He also served at Microsoft, AWS and Akami.
Sherwin meanwhile joins from Comcast, where he served as VP advertising technology. As EVP of technology strategy and operations at MediaKind, Sherwin will be charged with developing the company’s tech product portfolio.
