BOLD MSS launches Android TV app for operators

Uruguayan systems integrator and software developer BOLD MSS has launched a new Android TV app for cable TV operators.

The new white labeled app promises to allow operators to distribute their own custom devices based on the Android TV platform.

BOLD said that the solution is adapted to the latest demands and requirements of subscribers in the cable TV industry to provide a self-contained app that can offer linear cable channels, VOD and Live content. 

Other functionalities of the app include integration with Android TV’s search engine and EPG, full visual customisation, and speed within the app.
