Finecast signs up new addressable TV partners

Addressable TV specialist Finecast has extended its UK TV reach beyond traditional broadcasters on its platform, with the onboarding of four new supply partners – Roku, Rakuten, Pluto and YuppTV.

The supply partnership will enable advertisers to reach and measure audiences at scale across these platforms, according to the company.

Rakuten is pre-installed in over 90 million Smart TV devices from the likes of Samsung, LG, Phillips and Sony, and is also supported on Android and IOS devices, with 2.8 million monthly users reached each month

Roku’s AVOD offering is carried on all Roku retails products, Now TV and Sky Q in the UK, reaching two million households.

Pluto’s AVOD service is Installed on a range of Smart TVs including Android, Samsung and LG, Roku streaming devices and the Amazon Fire stick, with 1.3 million monthly users

YuppTV is available across a range of Smart TV providers, consoles and plug ins, and is the number one OTT player for South Asian pay TV across the globe, including 375,000 downloads in the UK.

The screening procedure Finecast employs covers quality scoring, data and tech review, commercial review, roll-out planning and an ongoing annual review process.
