Kidomi kids app joins Access Twine for Cars

Technology company Access Europe has teamed up with digital media outfit Fingerprint Digital to bring the latter’s Kidomi kids entertainment app to vehicles via the Access Twine for Car in-vehicle infotainment system.

The agreement will bring t Fingerprint’s Kidomi app to rear-seat entertainment screens globally.

Kidomi is an all-in-one kids app delivering family-friendly content with thousands of hours of premium games, videos, books, podcasts, audio stories and music from leading global brands, including Hasbro, DreamWorks Animation, Crayola, Toca Boca, Hopster and Curious World.

The app delivers an ad-free subscription experience and has a dashboard that allows parents to manage screen time, set limits by activity and filter favourite content for kids, while a detailed activity feed provides insight into kids learning patterns and usage habits, according to Access.

Access Twine is a white label in-car app store and content solution that is designed to enable automotive companies to provide entertainment services including video, audio, live TV and games on the car head unit, rear-seat entertainment devices and retail devices. Twine4Car works with Android, Linux and QNX-based systems, and is pre-integrated with major DRM solutions, according to Access.
