Ex-Verimatrix chief Steve Oetegenn to join Amino and ThinkAnalytics

Steve Oetegenn, the former president of content security technology specialist Verimatrix, has joined the boards of Amino Technologies and ThinkAnalytics.

Oetegenn, who worked with Verimatrix for 16 years, latterly as president, will serve as a non-executive director of Amino.

“Amino Technologies is at a pivotal moment in its development as it pursues software-led growth to address the convergence of the Pay TV and streaming markets. Amino has an ambitious and innovative team with a great culture that I am excited to become a part of,” said Oetegenn.

Oetegenn has also been named as a strategic advisor of content discovery and viewer analytics specialist ThinkAnalytics, where he will also serve as a non-executive director.

For ThinkAnalytics, he will help develop new new business opportunities in the Americas and across the globe, and develop new industry partnerships to accelerate ThinkAnalytics’ growth.

Oetegenn was presented with the Lifetime Achievement award at Digital TV Europe’s VideoTech Innovation Awards at the end of last year.
