Higgins joined the Liberty Global-owned operator five years ago, and most recently served as consumer director. Prior to Virgin, he held senior commercial positions in the telecommunications, media, technology and FMCG sectors in Ireland, the UK and Australia.
In this new role, Higgins will oversee the operator’s commercial strategy. This encompasses sales, marketing, product delivery, and digital channels. He will also continue to drive growth in the company’s entertainment, connectivity and mobile business.
