Thema launches new Arabic VOD offering on Free

Canal+-owned international channel distributor Thema has launched a new Arabic-language video-on-demand package as part of the Le Bouquet Maghreb+ offering it provides on Free’s TV service in France.

Maghreb VODis, available at no extra cost to subscribers of Le Bouquet Maghreb+, which costs €7.99 a month.

Thema has launched the new VOD service to coincide with Ramadan. All subscribers of Le Bouquet Maghreb+ will be given access to more than 150 titles in Arabic from the main north-African and Middle Eastern channels, including series and shows from Nessma, Samira TV and Echorouk TV.

Shows available on-demand include the first season of Tunisian comedy Nsibti Laaziza and cooking show Ezzawj Errahel.

The service also includes movies from Rotana’s catalogue such as Egyptian comedy Laf We Dawaraan, drama Albih Albawab and family series 3aelt Zizi.

Maghreb VOD is available within the Replay offering on Free TV boxes.
