Lattelecom becomes Tet

Latvian telecom operator Lattelecom has changed its name to Tet, which will serve as the company’s brand for all activities going forwards.

WiFi networks will adopt the Tet name from tomorrow, while the group’s retail stores will be rebadged in the course of the month.

Lattelecom said that Tet would serve as the groups’ brand for technology and entertainment services as it worked towards digital transformation over the next three years.

The group said it would invest €12 million in the transformation of its internal and external processes over the next three years to provide customers with quick and convenient services.
