Davor Tomašković, CEO of T-Hrvatski Telekom, is to leave the Deutsche Telekom-owned Croatian telco on April 1 and will be replaced by Konstantinos Nempisa.
Tomašković, who has served as CEO of the company since 2014, is to leave T-Hrvatski Telekom and will continue his career outside the Deutsche Telekom group.
Nempis comes to T-HT from OTE Group, the Deutsche Telekom-backed Greek telecom operator, where he was executive commercial director for the residential market.
T-HT supervisory board president Jonathan Talbot thanked Tomašković for his contribution to the company, highlighting five consecutive years of revenue, EBITDA and profit growth, the investment of over HRK7 billion in infrastructure and the acquisition of Montenegrin Telecom
Separately, T-HT has re-appointed Nataša Rapaić as member of its supervisory board with responsibility for residential customers.
