Quality of Experience test and monitoring specialist Witbe and system integrator Divitel have teamed up to offer managed testing and monitoring services for customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The alliance between the pair will see them offer Witbe’s active robot-based quality assurance and proactive monitoring technology in combination with Divitel’s video delivery expertise and facilities.
Witbe’s technologies are used at Divitel’s TV and Video Application Lifecycle Testlab and operations centre. Witbe said the agreement would enable Divitel to provide customers with managed quality assurance and operation service, particularly targeting tier two and three operators.
Marie-Véronique Lacaze, co-founder, president and CEO of Witbe, said the alliance would enable it to boost its indirect sales and bring its technology, previously aimed primarily at tier one operators, to tier two and three players.
