Spanish regional cable operator Euskaltel has launched a new offering targeted specifically at students living in shared accommodation away from home.
Students living in shared accommodation during their course term can sign up for a combination of broadband access at speeds of up to 350Mbps and Euskaltel’s TV Premium Extra+ package, including a 4K decoder. Students will be able to disconnect from the service during holiday periods and re-connect when the new term begins.
The TV offering comprises over 90 channels including international TV series, movies, sports and music services.
Students will be able to disconnect without incurring any additional changes, both from the broadband TV offering, for up to three months in any one year, and will be able to reactivate the service with no installation charge when the return to their places of study.
Students who change address will also be able to take their subscription with them for no extra charge.
