Unitymedia: 88.4% of TV customers now digital

Liberty Global-owned Unitymedia said that 88.4% of its TV customers were digital at the end of June, as it gears up for the final cessation of analogue broadcasting next year.

In figures published yesterday, the German cable provider said that the level of digitisation was up 11.5% year-on-year and that the leader among the provinces is Hessen, with more than 90% digitisation in the network.
